    As a part of our consultation services, we come to your location in Central Ohio, take precise measurements of the space, and build a custom plan around your vehicles, storage requirements, and how you actually work. The output is a concrete, executable plan, not a generic recommendation.

    We come to your garage, take precise measurements, and learn how you actually use the space. From there, we build a custom layout plan covering storage, workflow, flooring, and lighting, designed around your vehicles and your habits rather than a generic template.

    We visit your location and document everything that affects the design: dimensions, ceiling height, door placement, outlet locations, and how you actually move through the space day to day.

    Custom vehicle & storage layout

    Your vehicle footprint drives everything. We design the layout around how many vehicles you park, how you access them, and what working clearance you need so nothing gets squeezed.

    Shelving, cabinets & storage

    Wall and ceiling space is often the most underused square footage in a garage. We plan shelving, cabinet runs, and overhead racks to get gear off the floor without making the space feel cramped.

    Epoxy & tile flooring options

    The right floor makes a garage easier to clean, better-looking, and more durable under vehicle traffic. We walk you through epoxy coatings and interlocking tile options based on your use case and budget.

    Lighting upgrades for visibility

    • What does a garage design consultation include?

      Our consultation starts with an on-site visit to your garage. We measure the space, assess your current setup, and talk through how you use it. From there, we put together a customized layout plan that addresses storage, workflow, vehicle access, and any aesthetic goals. You'll leave with specific recommendations you can act on, not a generic overview.

    • How long does the consultation take?

      The on-site assessment typically takes one to two hours, depending on the size and complexity of your garage. After that, we develop your layout plan and recommendations, which can take a few additional days. For more complex projects, the full planning process may take one to two weeks. We'll give you a timeline up front so you know what to expect.

    • Do you help with implementation, or just the planning?

      We do both. The consultation covers planning and recommendations. From there, we can help you source and install storage systems, flooring, and lighting through our Lewis Center and Hilliard locations. You're not locked into any particular path after the consultation. Some customers take the plan and execute it themselves. Others have us handle part or all of it.

    • Can you work within a specific budget?

      Yes. We ask about budget constraints upfront so we can prioritize recommendations accordingly. If you can't do everything at once, we'll help you figure out what to tackle first for the most impact. We've helped customers execute phased projects over several months, starting with the highest-priority improvements and building from there.

    • How is this different from just buying a garage storage kit?

      A storage kit solves one problem. A consultation solves the whole garage. We've seen plenty of garages where customers bought shelving systems that didn't work for their vehicles, or overhead storage that blocked a garage door opener. Starting with a plan means you buy what actually fits your space and workflow. It usually saves money in the long run.
