    PERMANENT TRUCK BED PROTECTION

    A spray-on bedliner is the most durable, longest-lasting bed protection you can put on a truck. Unlike drop-in liners, a spray-on liner bonds directly to the metal, covering every seam, corner, and contour with a waterproof barrier that has no gaps for moisture and debris to collect. That's the fundamental difference: drop-ins sit on top of the bed; spray-on becomes part of it. A professionally applied coating can last the life of the truck.

    We apply a premium polyurea-based coating at both our Lewis Center and Hilliard locations. The material we use delivers exceptional impact resistance, chemical resistance, and UV stability. The same performance characteristics you'd expect from the most recognized names in the category. We also apply spray-on coating beyond the standard bed floor when it makes sense: wheel wells, tailgates, bumpers, and rocker panels are all candidates.     As part of our truck bed liner services, we apply spray-on bedliner coating to the truck bed and, where it makes sense, to other areas of the vehicle. The process is thorough from prep to finish. Here's what's involved.

    Full Bed Application

    The standard spray-on covers the entire bed floor, sidewalls, wheel wells inside the bed, and the tailgate interior. Every contour is coated with no gaps. The result is a seamless, watertight surface that protects against impact, abrasion, and moisture. This is the most effective long-term protection for a truck bed that sees regular use.

    Extended Coverage Areas

    Spray-on coating isn't limited to the bed. We apply it to wheel wells, rocker panels, bumpers, and other exterior areas that take road and weather abuse. This is common on work trucks, off-road builds, and any vehicle that spends time in conditions where rust and impact damage accumulate.     Surface Prep & Application

    Proper prep is what separates a spray-on that lasts from one that peels or fails early. We clean the bed thoroughly, address any surface issues before coating, mask off areas that need protection, and apply the material in controlled conditions. Adhesion depends entirely on the prep. We don't skip it. Cure time is typically 24 hours before the bed is ready for use.

    Color & Texture Options

    Standard spray-on bedliners are black, but that's not the only option. We can apply the coating in custom colors to match or complement the vehicle's finish. Texture can also be adjusted, from a coarser, high-grip surface for heavy cargo to a smoother finish for applications where appearance matters alongside protection.     COMMON SPRAY-ON BEDLINER QUESTIONS

    • How long does a spray-on bedliner last?

      A professionally applied spray-on bedliner can last the lifetime of the truck. The polyurea-based coating we apply is highly resistant to cracking, peeling, and UV fading, even under heavy use and Ohio weather conditions. The key is proper surface preparation before application. If the metal is prepped correctly and the coating bonds fully, there's no reason it should fail. We've seen properly applied bedliners on trucks that are 15 to 20 years old and still performing.

    • What are the advantages of spray-on over a drop-in liner?

      The main difference is that a spray-on bonds directly to the metal with no gap underneath. Drop-in liners sit on top of the bed surface, and moisture and debris collect in that gap, which can accelerate rust on the metal the liner is supposed to protect. Spray-on eliminates that gap entirely. It also covers the full contour of the bed, including corners and sidewalls that a drop-in can leave partially exposed. The trade-off is that spray-on is permanent and can't be removed. If removability matters to you, a drop-in is the right call. If long-term protection is the priority, spray-on wins.

    • Can a damaged spray-on bedliner be repaired?

      Yes. Minor damage (chips, gouges, small areas of wear) can typically be patched without reapplying the entire liner. A technician can apply additional material to the affected area and blend it into the surrounding surface. The repair is visible up close but fully functional. Major damage or large-area delamination is a less common scenario with a properly applied liner, but if it occurs, we assess whether a patch or a full reapplication makes more sense.

    • Does a spray-on bedliner prevent rust?

      Yes, effectively. The coating creates a waterproof barrier over the metal surface, preventing moisture from reaching it. This is one of the primary advantages over drop-in liners, which can trap moisture in the gap between the liner and the bed. That said, a spray-on applied over existing rust that hasn't been treated first won't stop the rust from continuing underneath. Prep matters. If the truck has surface rust before the application, we address it before coating.

    • How long does the application process take, and when can I use the truck afterward?

      The prep and application typically take a few hours depending on the coverage area. Cure time is generally 24 hours before the bed is ready for use under load. We'll give you a specific timeline when you schedule. If you're adding extended coverage areas beyond the standard bed floor, plan for additional time.
